INitial exam

Your first visit includes a detailed assessment of how your body moves, performs, and responds to activity. By evaluating strength, mobility, movement patterns, and injury history, we identify limitations that may be affecting performance or contributing to pain. From there, a personalized plan is developed to improve movement quality, build resilience, and support long-term performance.

What this may include:

• Review of injury and health history

• Movement and posture assessment

• Strength and mobility testing

• Performance or activity analysis

• Development of a personalized plan of care

Team performance training

These sessions are designed to help athletes build strength, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk throughout their season. These sessions are tailored to the needs of the team and focus on helping athletes train smarter, move better, and stay healthy throughout their sport.

Sessions may include:

• Injury prevention and performance education

• Team-based strength and conditioning workout

• Movement and mobility training

• Strategies for safe strength training and recovery

• Practical tools athletes can use throughout their season

  • Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles inserted into muscles to stimulate a response to the nervous system to reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, decrease pain signals, and restore normal neuromuscular activation.

  • AKA cupping uses gentle suction created by specialized cups to lift and decompress soft tissues. This technique can help improve blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, and support recovery. It is commonly used by athletes and active individuals to improve mobility and promote muscle recovery.

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to help break up areas of tissue restriction and improve muscle and fascia mobility. This technique can help reduce pain, improve movement quality, and support recovery for athletes and active individuals.

  • Passive Mobility uses assisted stretching and guided movement to improve flexibility, restore joint mobility, and reduce muscle tightness. This approach can help athletes and active individuals move more freely and support recovery between training and activity.
